Job description
- Acting as a language bridge between the project team and Korean customers
- Interpreter (Korean – Vietnamese, Vietnamese – Korean) for internal meetings and meetings with Korean customers of the project team
- Translate received documents as required to ensure compliance with the Company’s translation principles and procedures.
- Exchange information with Korean customers via email and phone.
- Grasp the status of projects to effectively exchange information between team members and superiors
- Receive and manage documents and requests from Korean Customers (Korean), from project teams (Vietnamese or English)
- Translate emails exchanged between the project team and Korean Customers (Korean – Vietnamese, Vietnamese/English – Korean)
Candidate requirements
– TOPIK 5 or higher.
– Priority is given to candidates who have studied or worked in Korea
– Priority is given to candidates who can use English at work.
– Use Korean fluently in all skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing; Good translation and interpretation skills;
– Good communication skill; agile, confident, serious style;
– Proficient in using Word, excel, PowerPoint,..;
– Able to multitask with team spirit and be task and results-oriented.
